Cee likes to credit herself for a lot of things. Primarily, Ney's existence. How that is remotely possible is beyond Ney, seeing as how Ney is the first prototype and Cee is Ney 2.0. Which yes, means she is the better and improved Ney. This probably explains why Cee wants to kick Ney off this world. Whatever the case, Ney still love her.
